Group fitness that makes you feel good and look great
Sweat+Tears is a 6 week results based program designed to suit you. We make fitness training fun with our group fitness programs based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, in the Manly and Warringah area and the City, Sydney.
How does it work? You choose which mornings you want to train and how many times a week. Your fitness levels are tested and retested. You get a dynamic strength and cardio-based program and if thats not enough, we also give you help with advice on your nutrition and lifestyle.
Do you need Sweat and Tears Outdoor Group Training?
All the people who train with the Sweat and Tears Crew have answered ’YES‘ to one or more of the following questions.

- Training Days:
- Every monday, wednesday and fridays. Dependent on how many days a week you choose to train.

- Start 05:45 – 07:00 (75 minute sessions)
