Conference break-out fitness sessions
Break-out sessions are short bursts of fitness for your delgates. The sessions are tailored to your needs and to suit any conference situation. These can be at the start or the end of a day, at a strategic point in the conference or used to breakthrough and combat that ‘after-lunch’ energy lull.
